1 cup of olive oil ½ cup water ¼ cup apple cider vinegar or lemon juice ¼ cup flax seed oil 1 Tbs honey 1 tsp mustard seed, ground (Optional) ½ tsp Celtic sea salt 2 cloves garlic ½ tsp minced ginger ¼ tsp jalapeno 1 Tbs mixed dried herbs (parsley, basil, dill)
