Herbed Olive Oil

    1 cup of olive oil
    ¼ cup fresh oregano
    ¼ cup fresh basil
    ¼ cup fresh rosemary
    ¼ cup fresh tarragon leaves
    Roasted Bell Pepper Olive Oil

    1 large red bell pepper
    cut into chunks
    1 cup extra-virgin olive-oil
    1/4 habanero chile pepper
    Herbed Vinaigrette

    1 cup of olive oil
    ½ cup water
    ¼ cup apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
    ¼ cup flax seed oil
    1 Tbs honey
    1 tsp mustard seed, ground (Optional)
    ½ tsp Celtic sea salt
    2 cloves garlic
    ½ tsp minced ginger
    ¼ tsp jalapeno
    1 Tbs mixed dried herbs
    (parsley, basil, dill)

    Blend ingredients until smooth and store and refrigerator.
